Please, what is the difference between the Sliced and the S 1002 ? I would also like to order what is a stand and what is a base plate? My machine must be able to stand well. Thanks Erika Richter

I can't tell you the difference. The S 10002 is good for slicing bread or cooked meat. It stands well but is a bit light which makes it slip quickly.
