Please help or who knows? Does the receiver forward the "Internet" via an HDMI cable with Ethernet? This would save the LAN cable from the receiver to the TV. In any case, the TV has HDMI ARC. Thanks a lot

Probably not. Hardly any devices still support Ethernet over HDMI. Better use a cheap switch to connect all your devices: D-Link DGS-105
