Yes.
The Woods SMF filter fits all Woods units that have an F in the model number, so it will also fit the SW38FW. Explanation from Woods : "Wood's unique anti-mold filter, the SMF filter, comes with all Wood's dehumidifiers that have an F in the model number, as well as our new LD series of dehumidifiers."
