Outdoor unit: I’m worried about the neighbours complaining about its noise. Is it loud?

In my opinion it is very very quiet.
So anyone who complains about it also hears fleas coughing :)
I was also surprised at how calm she is.
The external heat exchanger is not loud, but quiet.
