One of the pictures has an Rgb function where the fans can take on several colours at the same time, but this is not adjustable with RGB Fusion... I am now wondering if this function is even available. Another question I have is whether I can change the fans without causing any damage?

The RGB you can control with what software I unfortunately do not know,  
The fans can be replaced without problems depending on the fan performance you should adjust the speed in Bios or software otherwise it will be too loud.
