No, normally a microinverter like the EcoFlow 800W does not need to be registered with the municipality or the electricity supplier. You can just plug it in and use it. Greetings!
Short input regarding GVB (Bern): They are only interested in this if the system is permanently installed, i.e. connected to the building ducts - if the system is mobile: household insurance.
