Question about Roborock S5
My Roborock 2 fell down the stairs during the cleaning process.... How can I prevent this? It has usually always cleaned the stairs itself. Is there a guarantee on this?
Hello, actually the Roborock has crash sensors. Were they possibly dirty? To avoid it permanently, I recommend you set up a "prohibited zone" for the stairs via the app.
Concerning warranty you have to contact the support directly.
