Question about Audio Pro Addon T20
My remote control is broken after almost 5 years (contact sensor is broken). Can you tell me where I can buy spare parts?
It sounds to me as if an electrician can fix this without any problems. Incidentally, I don't find Digitec's response very cooperative, which is a shame! Since the remote control alone is a design gem in itself, the investment for a repair is definitely worth it!
Unfortunately, the product is no longer in our range, so we cannot obtain accessories or spare parts. I am very sorry about that.
