My Orbi23 has recently been getting the error message: IP address could not be retrieved. I have switched the router off and on again, unfortunately without any improvement.
Even a complete shutdown of the Speedport does not bring about any change.
Who has an idea what to do?

Which device can't get an IP address?
Seems like a DHCP problem to me.
I would prefer to look at it with you remotely, that would be easiest. Send me an email to: finn.mahr@gmx.ch with (your) phone/mobile number.
