Question about Garmin USB ANT Stick

My new Garmin USB ANT stick is not recognised by my PC (Windows 7 Professional, 64 bit). The USB port is OK. When I click on "Add devices" in Garmin Express, the message "No device or ANT stick could be detected" appears after a while. What can I do?

Try it once with the Garmin Connect software. Make sure that you have not inserted the USB stick before the installation, otherwise the wrong drivers may be installed (and these would have to be removed again). Otherwise, try a different USB port. For more information and support, it is best to contact the manufacturer directly.
