Question about Teufel Cinebar One+

My experience with my current Phillips product is that the subwoofer to the soundbar (via Bluetooth) often cuts out and this is clearly audible while watching TV or playing music (Spotify or direct-connect via Bluetooth to the soundbar). Do it as you please... Was this simply a production error on Phillips' part or does this often happen with the connection between the soundbar and the subwoofer? With the "Teufel Cinebar One+" it is also mutually connected via Bluetooth... Thanks for feedback :)
