My beloved Rocky has not been charging for a few days now. I have restarted it several times, cleaned the charging sensors, placed the device on the station by hand, placed it directly in front of the station so that it docks, but none of this works. What else can I do?
If your Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra does not charge, first check whether the docking station has power and the cable is firmly attached, clean the charging contacts on the robot and on the station, place the robot exactly in the centre of the station, pay attention to the temperature range of approx. 4-40 °C, check the power supply unit and connections, carry out a restart or firmware update if necessary and contact support or replace the docking station if the problem persists.
