Question about Lexon Flip Premium
My alarm clock no longer charges. I have tried different USB C plugs, I can still get the alarm clock on but then the battery symbol flashes (even when connected to power) and then the alarm clock switches off again. Does anyone else have this problem? What can be done here? Thank you

Yes already had and changed under warranty.
I don't know if this will help: USB-C sockets (in general) like to collect dirt and charging then no longer works. They can be cleaned with a toothpick or compressed air (carefully).
