Question about eufy 2K Security Camera

Eufy Model 2KSecurity cameras do not connect to Eufy Homebase 2 where you would normally connect all other Eufy security devices to such as movement sensors, door switches, etc. EufyCam 2 Pro and EufyCam 2C Pro for example connect to Homebase 2 and can therefore be linked to other Eufy security devices. For example, you can tell the camera to record if say a door switch is activated or if movement is detected. This integration is not possible with the Eufy 2K Security camera. The Eufy 2K security camera connects to an App on your phone. The App will still give you notifications/alarms on your I-phone or Apple watch and it has some very nice features. You will also have full control of the camera via the App on your phone and you can tell it when to record, etc. onto its build-in memory card which is sold seperatly. If you are looking for an intergrated security system, then I would rather buy Eufy cameras such as the EufyCam 2C Pro for internal use or EufyCam 2 Pro for external use which connect to Homebase 2 where you will have full control, including an alarm. Battery life on these cameras are very good.

Not sure if alarm can be set on EUFY. You can configure notifications on your mobile. Hope it helps.
