Many comments say that it is very difficult to find and download the software. I don't want to fight with microsoft to get my software. My question: what exactly is the problem? If I buy this product today, will I get it?

The problem seems to be that after purchasing and receiving the licence by email, you have to go to https://www.office.com/register to enter the code. But it doesn't say that anywhere, or at least not obviously. I can't find it at the moment, but I know the https://www.office.com/register from another purchase.
I received the licence within 10 minutes of purchasing it.
