Question about ASUS RT-AC5300 ROG Gaming Router, Aimesh, AiProtection

Looking for a device with enormous range. (Repeater is already available). Is this device suitable for this? Transmission via Lan cable (or D-Link) is not possible.

I find the Asus very good as a complete package. However, I am rather disappointed with the pure range. The previous models were more powerful in my home.
