Looking for a CI+ adapter to TV Samsung UE40J5580SU. I have already ordered item 3709-001791, but the Digicard from UPC did not work. Will it work with this item 3709-001793?

Yes, the 3709-001793 would fit, but the fact that it does not "work" could still be due to something else (e.g. card or module not inserted correctly or one of them defective).
