Lenco website says HDMI only for TV signal, above answer says the opposite? Have I misunderstood something? Is it definitely possible to watch DVDs via HDMI? Thanks for the answers

By the way, the player is extremely loud and the picture quality is poor. The product is not recommendable.

We were not able to connect the player to the TV via HDMI cable...
