Can I connect only the speakers and subwoofer from the Sony BDV-N7200WB (5.1 channel, Blu-ray home cinema, 1200W) somehow?

You can connect the speakers without any problems, but not the subwoofer, because you have a passive subwoofer. However, the Onkyo only supports active subwoofers.
