It's apparently normal to get screwed with this product and have to wait two weeks first. It's very likely that the postal service screwed up again.
Is the order shown as shipped in your account?
If so, there is probably a tracking number in your account.
If not, don't just bash the post office and maybe ask Digitec's customer service what happened to the order.
