It says 1 PC/Mac. In this case, can I install one copy on Windows laptop and a second on the Macbook?

No, Office saves the MAC address of the device. In my case, the Office downloaded from Microsoft blocked Word for days. I bought more Office from Digitec. Microsoft does not consider itself responsible, I now have to turn to consumer protection.
