Yes, the upgrade is included. However, I had such big problems with the HP Sure Recovery that I had to send it back. Unfortunately, I can't answer whether this has anything to do with Windows 11. The fact is that I haven't received any feedback for 2 weeks about when I can expect the computer again or whether I will get a replacement. HP as a product no longer has any value for me at the moment. I am extremely disappointed with this product, but I am also disappointed that I have not received any feedback to date.

Good morning, unfortunately I cannot answer this question. The computer did not boot up at all. I returned it to Digitec and bought a Lenovo. I have no idea what happened. So far I have often had an HP computer and been satisfied. An exception? Greetings Ulrich Häberli
