I use the Fiber Gateway for my Init7 fiber connection, and it worked immediately out of the box.

Answer

You need a compatible transceiver and patch cable. These are best obtained from your internet supplier. This gateway also requires a separate cloud key. (Otherwise choose the UniFi Cloud Gateway Fibre).
You will probably also need to upgrade to a 10Gbit service from your supplier.
