Is this hotspot throttled with Sunrise Surf& Talk? Thank you very much for your feedback!
That may well be. However, this does not have anything to do directly with this device. Sunrise and others recognise when a hotspot is activated. If your provider throttles the data rate when a hotspot is activated, it does this on all devices, including mobile phones. The best thing to do is to call Sunrise (have fun dialling through). I had taken out a subscription with Sunrise which was only activated for internet use. It was throttled when "hotspotting". Fortunately I was able to cancel it because I told them what I wanted to use the simcard for. I then took out a subscription with yallo.
PS: If you often want to use the battery, buy a different device. It serves its purpose well when plugged into a socket or directly into the PC.
Sincerely
Okey, in that case complete bullshit regarding surf&talk unlimited like the main subscription!
One of our customers sent us the following message.
"I don't know Sunrise Surf & Talk, but the subscriptions are constantly being renamed.
As far as I know, it is a subscription with an additional SIM card to the existing mobile subscription.
I have been using this option for a long time and pay 5.-/mt for a second SIM card with Sunrise for my existing mobile subscription.
I have not noticed any restrictions!
I use the NetGear AirCard 790 together with my LENOVO YOGA notebook and regularly watch films on it.
I have an average transfer of over 100 GB and have not noticed any throttling.
It is simply important that the mobile subscription is not throttled, i.e. supports/offers so-called unlimited data usage.
Of course, running a web server would generate a corresponding load and Sunrise would throttle at some point.
I hope this information is sufficient and helps you further".
