This is just an air purifier, and an extremely expensive one at that. The best air purifiers are not the ones with the most expensive prices, but to each his own. If you want to buy a cheap air purifier, I recommend this model from Xiaomi (I have had a Xiaomi Air Purifier at home for years), e.g. this model: Xiaomi Mi Air Purifier 2H.

And don't be put off by the cheap price, the Xiaomi Air Purifiers are virtually silent and work flawlessly for years :). Xiaomi is famous for producing very good quality for an affordable price.
If you are looking for an air conditioner, I recommend these models for the price as well, both have louvres to divert the flow of cold air very well.

To complement an air conditioner, I also use Vornado 633DC room air circulators, because with these the entire room air can be circulated very easily, and thus a room can be optimally cooled from top to bottom or the air conditioner cooling air can be transported up to 23 m further with them.
