Is there any way to factory-reset the unit? It no longer outputs a picture. First parts were missing, then it suddenly stopped working. But you can't expect more from a product with fake tubes. Samsung support only says back to seller. Never again 😭

I had to send my device in for repair while it was still under warranty and since then it has worked without any problems.
The entire motherboard was replaced.
