I can recommend the LG 35WN75C-B (35", 3440 x 1440 pixels)- it's an absolute blast and can be connected via USB-C without any problems.

Any monitor with a suitable USB-C connection should do. No matter if Ultrawide, 16:9 or 4K/6K. If you want to connect the monitor via Thunderbolt. USB-C is completely sufficient.
