Is there a loss of power when the network cable is 30 metres long or is it enough to power a camera like this?

I agree with the answer given by gubi94.

I use the product with a cable length of 25m and cannot detect any problems. The specifications allow a cable length of up to 100m.

Should not be a problem. I also have a 30m cat.5e in use with this PoE injector. Works perfectly. According to the product data sheet, up to 100m is possible.
