Question about Acer Aspire GX-781
Is there a free mounting slot for a second DVD/BR drive? Does the built-in DVD drive have a motorised opening? How far does it open or how much free space does it need in front of the unit?

It has 2 plastic covers underneath and above, but it doesn't look like they can be removed without a lot of effort. No motor, but like old laptops a drawer to slide. The drawer needs 15 cm of space when fully extended, but you can insert the DVD from about 9 cm.
