Is the Swisscom WLAN Box 2 compatible with the M-Budget Internet? Does anyone know?

I would assume that the WLAN Box is also compatible with M-Budget subscriptions. The infrastructure and hardware are from Swisscom and are identical for the more expensive subscriptions (apart from the M-Budget label on the devices). If you want to be absolutely sure, contact Swisscom's customer service.
