Question about tesa Powerbond mounting tape Ultra Strong
Is the mounting tape suitable for hanging wooden frames with a maximum weight of 3kg on a rough abrasive wall? Or what are the alternatives?

It depends on how rough your abrasion wall is! If it is too rough, the mounting tape may not hold well enough. I have attached pictures with Tesa adhesive nails, but with a weight of 3 kg this is not possible. With a nail or dowel, your wooden frame will hold in any case.
Unfortunately, I have no practical experience with 3 kg weight load, but the description says that:
