No, it only comes with the "standard" adapter for carpets, which you would have to buy in addition. So far, I have only needed the vacuum for the car, bed mattresses, sofa carpets and if you have a lot of hard floors, the part is definitely worth it. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the device.
