Is the audio jack of this unit suitable for driving external speakers (with their own power supply)?
The computer is equipped with a Realtek ALC256 audio chipset. If you have simple desktop speakers (Logitech 2.1/2.0 style), the original 3.5 mm jack is sufficient. If your speakers are a bit more high-end, we recommend an external sound card.
