Is the adjustment of the watch strap carried out by digitec when I pick up my watch at a branch?

Unfortunately not, you need special tools for that.😢 Either do it yourself and order tools or go to a watch shop. Larger branches of "Man" and "or" also do this. Because I'm not allowed to advertise competitors (there's a nasty email from a Digitec-Galaxus policeman 😝 ) just put the letters in the quotes and endings together. It costs 15 - 20 CHF to have it done.
