Is it worth buying this "previous year's model"? Do I have any significant disadvantages compared to the current Garmin Drive models?

From a technical point of view, one can mention that the device also has analogue TMC, whereas newer devices from Garmin can only retrieve data on the traffic situation via the smartphone connection or then DAB+ (not yet launched in CH).
