Is it still possible to download the English version with this PKC in 2016 as in 2013 or has Microsoft changed this?

Helpful answer

When converting the printed key on the ProductKeyCard (online in the extra Microsoft/Office account required for this), you can choose the software language ONCE, but never change it again.
