Is it possible to use MS-Office for 5 years on a single PC with 5 licences by re-entering the licence key after one year?

No, it is an annual licence that can be used on 5 different PCs. The licence cannot be divided into 5 years.

Yes, the 82 francs simply entitle you to a year's subscription. It is then not a subscription fee in the actual sense, you simply order this product a second time, pay the then current price and extend your subscription for another year.
