No, that's not possible.
No, you need an Apo from Ring to save videos.

My answer earlier only worked "after". Obviously, this is not possible in real time.
Once the proximity detector has reacted, it is possible to upload first to Android or iphone and then to any format. Depending on the format, you may need to load an "ad" as a format translator.
