Is it possible to receive a wind warning on the mobile phone from the sensor in real time if a defined km/h value is exceeded? We would like to use the device to monitor when the awning needs to be retracted.

No. The data is sent to Netatmo and every 5 minutes there is an update that is visible in the app.
This is something that bothers me about the product (I also noted this in the rating).
