Is it possible to operate the system without a LAN connection (only WLAN from the start)? According to the instructions, you have to plug in cables, I only have WLAN.

As far as I know, there is no provision for connecting the base station to the Internet via WLAN (only via Ethernet cable). But just to be on the safe side, check out the Netgear knowledge base - it's pretty good.
