Is it possible to install this product on a lock with the key on one side only (with a ball on the other side)? It's compulsory on recent buildings and I don't want to change the mechanism.

However, you need to look at the gap between the door jamb and the key-turner.

The assembly takes a good 15 minutes. Good luck with that.
