Question about LogiLink Bluetooth audio transmitter and receiver

I may not understand the question correctly. Bluetooth speakers can only be connected if they have a cable or connection for this purpose. Connecting is always done via cable, but Bluetooth is a wireless connection. It therefore makes no sense to connect a Bluethooth speaker to this device via cable.
If you already have Bluetooth speakers, you can connect them directly to the phone and don't need this device?
And what does *3 mean in the question?
Normal speakers, headphones, etc. can be connected to the device via cable and thus be Bluetooth-enabled. It doesn't matter if it is connected to a phone or radio or whatever, as long as the phone or radio or whatever are Bluetooth-enabled devices.
The unit can be used as a Bluetooth transmitter or receiver, the connection is always made via cable, regardless of whether it is used as a transmitter or receiver.
