is it possible to automate my Xiaomi Smart Humidifier 2 with this Xiaomi Mi Temperature and Humidity Monitor 2? As far as I understood it works only with Bluetooth, but the humidifier works only with WiFi.

For this you would need a Xiaomi Smart Multimode Gateway.
