Question about Netgear Ex6150-100pes

Is it possible that the Swisscom router (tower) restricts the settings in the repeater, such as the bandwidth and strength of the signal? For example, I can't increase the speed more than 300mbps and the channel is fixed at 11... Thank you for the info, I am new to Swisscom and this has never happened to me before.
