Is it possible not to use wifi? I'd like to be able to share the video with my next-door neighbours without using my wifi router...

It always connects to a WLAN. So no WLAN is always needed to send the video to the server.

But if you use the app with the same login, then both see the video, no matter how the app connects (WLAN, mobile network)
