Is it normal that there is something loose inside the toothbrush? It rattles under the switch when I pour/move it slightly.

I tried it out. It's the same for me. But I have to shake it quite a bit. Could be the motor or vibrator and I think that is probably necessary/ intended by the design? I have no idea what the brush looks like when disassembled.
