Yes, this works very well.
The fleece of the fragrance drawer ("push to open") on the top back can be sprinkled with a few drops of fragrance (max. 1-2). The fragrance is then released into the air, creating an ideal feel-good climate.

I have never tried it. But there is a small drawer that is supposed to serve such a similar purpose.
