Is it compatible with the Panasonic TX-58DXW734 (58", 4K, SAT>IP Server&Client, LCD)?

I think so, why not? it has the right dimensions... and the bracket can be adjusted to almost all TVs. Since there are different screws for it:) I bought it for my Sony and it holds really well:)

To add: The bracket does not fit on a Philips 55PUS7101 without additional material or some creativity, because the TV has such a stupidly small VESA 200x200 for its size and at the bottom in the middle, exactly at the height of the lower rail of the wall bracket, there is a stupid plastic "cable guide" that sticks out. It's a really great design and, for me anyway, it's a nonsense and unusable (so far)...!!!
For secure fastening, use the screws supplied at the top without spacers and at the bottom either the long screws of the rail lock or, like me, with spacers, but then the screws just barely go into the thread with the length, which is why I did it diagonally at the top without spacers.
