Is it 12+15=27 months of subscription? Or is it 12+3=15 months of subscription as shown in the picture?
Yes, they are. You get two codes. One for 12 months and one for 15 months. You can enter both one after the other at microsoft365.com/setup and you get 27 months. My subscription was valid until February 2022 and now it is valid until May 2024 after entering the codes.
