Is bonding or load balancing of two active SIM cards possible with this device?
No only failover. Only one sim is active at a time because the hardware is shared.
Load balancing is selectable
But there is always only one active sim

It can operate with only one SIM card, in case of no network on one, the device switches to the other. This is a safeguard for when one network isn't functioning.
